Mr. Ponder is the name of a Pelican in the Colin Thiele novel, Storm Boy, a much-loved read of Australians for several generations.
The original property in the Ponder Cottages Group is in bayside Shoalwater Western Australia, which is often visited by a flock of Pelicans who roost on an island just offshore from the property.
The Villa is offered as a single property. The idea is to always maintain your privacy, as only guests known to you will be staying in the property.
The Villa is for your exclusive use.
